Solong

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Solong website, wallet interface, and related pages available through Solong.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Overview

Solong provides a self-custody wallet interface for interacting with Solana wallets, tokens, and supported blockchain features.

Solong does not take custody of your private keys, seed phrases, tokens, or other digital assets. You remain solely responsible for your wallet and any activity performed from it.

2. Eligibility and Use

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and only for lawful purposes.

  • You must use accurate information where information is required.
  • You must keep your devices, credentials, and wallet secrets secure.
  • You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, or harm the service or other users.

3. Wallet Responsibility

You are fully responsible for storing and protecting your recovery phrase, private keys, passwords, devices, and backups.

If you lose access to your wallet credentials, Solong cannot recover them for you. Transactions on public blockchains are generally irreversible.

4. Transactions and Network Activity

Any blockchain transaction you initiate is your responsibility. Solong does not guarantee transaction execution, confirmation time, token value, or network availability.

Network congestion, validator behavior, third-party services, or protocol changes may delay, fail, or affect transactions.

5. No Financial or Legal Advice

Solong does not provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Content and interface elements are provided for general informational and technical use only.

You are responsible for evaluating any transaction, token, protocol, or third-party service before using it.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the service for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
  • Attempting to interfere with the service or bypass security controls.
  • Uploading malware, automated abuse tools, or harmful code.
  • Using the service in a way that could damage Solong, the website, or other users.

7. Third-Party Services

The service may reference or interact with third-party networks, wallets, validators, websites, APIs, or protocols. Solong does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, terms, or security practices.

8. No Warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Solong does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solong will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, tokens, or digital assets arising from or related to your use of the service.

This includes losses caused by wallet compromise, user error, smart contract behavior, third-party failures, blockchain events, or market volatility.

10. Suspension and Changes

Solong may update, change, limit, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time without notice.

Solong may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.
